Anna Lewandowska and Her Events with the Healthy Team
Anna Lewandowska
a Polish athlete, personal trainer, nutritionist, and entrepreneur.
She is a multiple-time medalist in both the World and European Traditional Karate Championships. For years, she has been involved in promoting a healthy lifestyle through social media and her own business projects.







Idea for Organizing Events
It was born out of the need to create a space where sports, motivation, healthy eating, and energy can be combined.
This led to the creation of events like Healthy Day, training camps, and intensive Boot Camps with her Healthy Team—a group of professional trainers and specialists.

Her philosophy is based on four key pillars:
Functional Movement and Training
The training sessions are diverse, tailored to different skill levels, and based on natural movement patterns. They combine elements of strength, mobility, endurance, and stability. The goal is not only to improve physique but also to enhance health and everyday fitness.
Dance and Energy
Dance is an important part of many events—it relaxes, adds joy, and helps express emotions through the body. Dance classes are dynamic, feminine, and energetic, aiming to build confidence and bring joy through movement.
Motivation and Development
Anna and her Healthy Team focus on positive support, inspiration, and building self-confidence. Their events feature motivational talks and work on beliefs. The motto is: "You don't have to be perfect to start—start to become a better version of yourself."
Mindfulness and Regeneration
Training is not just about effort, but also about mindful rest. Breathing sessions, stretching, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness teach awareness, stress reduction, and better connection with your own body.
